Job Description:
• The CRE is a single point of contact for customers from appointment of Architect to Agreement of professional services.
• The CRE will Interact with the customers via e-mails, phone calls. personal meetings at office. It is an office-based role however, CRE is expected to visit client office frequently for internal meetings / to meet customers.
• Clarifying all the queries raised by the customer with regard to the Architectural services, Architectural fees and legal matters.
• Interact with all internal departments for seeking clarification and status on the rules arid regulations pertaining to the query.
• Support the finance department in payment collections.
• Arranging site visits for customers.
• Implementation of the process laid down for dealing with customers, ensuring timely response to all their queries in a transparent manner.
Desire Profile: MBA with an aggregate of over 70% marks with no history of arrears. the candidates should nave lash !eves of energy. possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills. and exhibit a burning desire to excel in their work.
