Job Position: Senior Executive Architect
Functional Area: Designing Housing, Commercial, Institutional, Hospitality etc schemes. Managing Design Teams. Managing all aspects of construction from procurement to final account. Representing the variety of meetings/presentations including public and community meetings and press and public relations engagements. working effectively with the local bodies concerns with map approval and Resident Architects towards speedy execution and implementation of designated projects. Review progress on an ongoing projects and alternative plans. Reporting to the Chief Executive Architect.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of Experience in Architectural Planning, Monitoring and Execution of different category of high rise buildings.
Job Description: Conceptual/schematic design preparation and coordination with diets requirement. Reviewing the Presentation drawing and giving necessary suggestions/correction to Executive Architects. Monitoring the Corporation/working drawings. Monitoring the site execution time to time when ever needed. Coordination with different departments.
Desired Profile: Degree in Architecture. Registered with Council of Architecture. Masters in urban Planning/Housing/Town planning.(desire) Associate Member of institute of Town planners India.(desire) Knowledge of National building code and local building bylaws.
